Kenwood Protalk radios are simple to operate with heavy duty knobs and controls. An on/off volume knob and channel selector knob are located on the top of the radio and the PTT button is located on the side. A sealed NiCad battery pack slides onto the back of the radio and can be charged independently of the radio. The radio is user programmable and compatible with Motorola Spirit GT, XLS, MU and SU radios.
